First Look: Union Square’s Ribalta Relaunches Its Pizza Menu

Ribalta (48 East 12th Street) is a Union Square pizzeria that receives very little attention. They’ve been around for a few years and recently revamped their menu. I’ve always enjoyed their pizza and reviewed the spot back in 2012. I recently had the opportunity to attend a press lunch highlighting some dishes on their new menu and here are some pizza (and non-pizza) photos from the afternoon.
