First Look: Union Square’s Ribalta Relaunches Its Pizza Menu

Ribalta (48 East 12th Street) is a Union Square pizzeria that receives very little attention. They’ve been around for a few years and recently revamped their menu. I’ve always enjoyed their pizza and reviewed the spot back in 2012. I recently had the opportunity to attend a press lunch highlighting some dishes on their new menu and here are some pizza (and non-pizza) photos from the afternoon.

About I Dream Of Pizza

Some guys dream about winning the Powerball jackpot, making love to Kate Upton, or scoring the winning touchdown in the Super Bowl. But personally, I spend most of my time dreaming about digging my face into a mouth watering slice of pizza. Fireworks are ignited. Music comes out of nowhere. And just like that, I’ve fallen in love once again. Since 2008, I've chronicled my pizza eating adventures in NYC and around the world on I DREAM OF PIZZA. From reviews and recipes to obscure video clips and news articles, this is your one stop shop for all things pizza.

  9. Professional and singer Patrick Bruel seemed to be certainly
one of France’s biggest stars through the ’90s, first making the name like a teen idol
and leading a positive return to traditional French chanson from the new millennium.
Bruel was born Patrick Benguigui within Tlemcen, Algeria, on, may 14,
1959. Their father abandoned the family unit when Patrick was just a year
old, because 1962, after Algeria gained its independence, his new mother moved
to France, deciding within the Paris suburb regarding Argenteuil.
A good soccer player in the youth, Patrick first settled
on the idea of being singer having seen Michel Sardou perform in 75.

As good fortune might have it, acting would take him
his first achievements; first-time director Alexandre Arcady ran an advertising seeking a young man along with a French-Algerian (or “pied-noir” in France slang) accent for his
movie Le Coup dom Sirocco. Benguigui (as having been still called) responded and
acquired the business. The below year, he spent some time in New york, where he achieved
Gérard Presgurvic, later for being his most important composer.
